There is no combination we love more at our Arlington restaurant and bar than good food, friends and drinks! To celebrate the season, we combined all three passions recently into one event: the first annual Pig Roast & Bourbon Fest!
On November 19th, welcomed over 300 people to Barley Mac for delicious pork and on point cocktails. Chefs Mike and Jeremy roasted two pigs totaling over 300 lbs of meat which complimented of premium bourbons as well as some craft mixed drinks. Overall, there was great feedback from the crowd and we look forward to making it even bigger and better next year!
